TPBG provides ongoing employment law advice to businesses on a retainer/fixed fee basis. In essence, we act as your HR & Employment department. Your business pays a flat-rate monthly fee for all necessary employment law advice during that month. The fixed fee includes;

• a helpline
• employment law advice [by email or by telephone]
• drafting any needed employment law paperwork, such as
  - contracts for casual employees
  - contracts for sales staff earning commission
  - a zero-hour contract;
• drafting any other employment law paperwork, such as;
